Grand Opening and RIbbon for Boil Daddy Cajun Seafood
The New Boil Daddy Restaurant Brings Cajun Seafood to Liberty Station
Join Us at the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting on Wednesday, April 9th
The seafood sensation restaurant, The Boil Daddy has just opened its doors in the first San Diego location of this Cajun dining experience in Liberty Station at 2558 Laning Road, Suite 102. The owner, Dinesh Shah, who recently opened his La Mesa restaurant, Aromas of India Bar and Grill, has been remodeling this location at the same time he was working on opening his La Mesa restaurant – creating a double dining pleasure for our region. The Boil Daddy features a wide array of fresh seafood including a delicious clam chowder, mussels, clams, shrimp, Daddy’s shrimp bowl, and various Poor Boy sandwiches. All the selections allow diners to select spice levels, sauces and add-ons, making every meal uniquely tailored to each person’s personal taste. There are also various styles of beer and wine to compliment your meal.
Join us on Wednesday, April 9th for the Grand Opening celebration that will be a unique experience at Liberty Station. Dinesh and his staff will be serving a complimentary meal to the public from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. This marketing strategy was very successful in La Mesa when he offered the same opportunity on February 5th to a “standing room” only crowd at his Aromas of India Bar and Grill. We expect an even larger turnout as there is abundant parking at Liberty Station. The fun begins at 4 p.m., with the ribbon cutting ceremonies taking place at 5 p.m. and complimentary dining being served until 7 p.m.
