Free Child ID Event

La Mesa Masonic Lodge No. 407 is holding a free Child ID event at the La Mesa Branch Library (8074 Allison Avenue), on November 8th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Parents or guardians will receive a paper with a photo of their child along with electronically scanned thumb prints, safety, and emergency information for use if their child ever goes missing.  Hopefully that will never happen and the ID information will then become a snapshot-type keepsake of their child growing up.  La Mesa Masonic Lodge brothers are asking their fellow Chamber members to pass this information on to parents and guardians of junior high, elementary, and pre-school children.  All information used to make the ID forms is erased at the conclusion of the ID event.
