Climate Action Plan Workshop

On Monday August 15, 2016, the City of La Mesa Environmental Sustainability Commission will be conducting a Climate Action Plan Workshop at the La Mesa Community Center located at 4975 Memorial Drive, at 7:00pm. The City has taken an active role in adopting policies to reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions and improve public health, and will undertake actions in the development and adoption of the Climate Action Plan. These activities include: setting GHG reduction targets consistent with the General Plan, public engagement and educational activities, and considering measures towards meeting the goal of the Plan.
